Straight speak At&t service on A Cruise and the Bahamas

Just curious on how my at&t straight talk sim would work on a Carnival Cruise and in the Bahamas. I know Carnival has Roaming agreements with at&t, but since this is an mvno with no extra charges for roaming, I wander if it will work. Anyone with any knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Straight Talk does not operate with any international carriers, including cruise ships.
    Excerpt from Terms and Conditions:
International Roaming is strictly prohibited. Straight Talk does not offer international roaming or international long distance service. You will not be able to make or receive calls on your Straight Talk phone if you are traveling outside of the United States. Any attempt to place or receive a call on your Straight Talk phone while traveling outside of the United States could result is service deactivation and account termination without a refund for unused service.

Cruise ships use satellite connections for cellular service. Even the contract carriers only offer pay-as-you-go on cruise ships. When cruise ships are in port or close to shore, the onboard system is turned off. One thing to be concerned about with contract carriers is that you might accidentally roam on cruise ships if you are nearby on a private boat, especially between Florida and the Bahamas or off the coast of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska or the United States Virgin Islands. You do not have to turn on international roaming on your account to roam in Canada, Mexico or on cruise ships.
